Every person that uses the law of attraction effectively knows that the power of gratitude is one of the best ways to put yourself on a positive frequency! There are so many things that we have to be thankful for!  Even noticing small things to be thankful for can shift your thoughts and mood seconds!

Gratitude is the simple act of being thankful for something. Try to be thankful for all that you have as much as possible. This positivity puts you in the correct mindset and when you realize that you have so much to be thankful for your happiness is guaranteed to go up.

Try to count your blessings throughout the day.
